During Analysis of a case I get an error which says 'error is string index out of range:-1'? PDF Print E-mail

Kindly observe the following steps:

  • Close the VitalQuest software.

  • Do not click on VitalQuest icon on your desktop at this moment.
  • Please go to the 'Cases' folder in 'VitalQuest' folder.
    (In Windows operating system - C:\Program Files\VitalQuest\cases )
    (In Mac operating System - Mac Hardisk\Applications\VitalQuest\cases)
  • In the Cases folder, you will find a file 'Session' present.
  • Delete it.
  • Now double click on 'VitalQuest icon' on your desktop and the software should start working .
